Shipping, returns, and refunds.

Hey babes! Just a heads up—most orders will be shipped out within 1-3 days of your order date via USPS or UPS. If you’re ordering a custom piece, please allow up to two weeks for me to handcraft it to perfection.

Since every item is made with love and care, I don’t offer returns or refunds. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, it’s out of my control—so if anything gets lost or damaged in transit, you’ll need to file a claim with them directly.

Also, at this time, I only ship within the U.S. (Sorry, international besties—I’ll let you know when that changes!)
